REGISTRATION
Registration is already open. We would advise you the following registration steps:
Step 1. Submit your abstract using a template by 25 August 2019
Step 2. Receive Program Committee's acceptance of your abstract by 5 September 2019.
Step 3. Register online by 5 September 2019 (regular registration).
In case you fail to register online by submitting the Google-form, please send us your registration form to eurodisplay2019@gmail.com
Step 4. Pay your conference fee (by your choice with or without Delegate's package). Remember about key dates and deadlines!
Step 5. Receive Organizer’s confirmation of your payment and official invitation letter.
Step 6. Send your full paper to eurodisplay2019@gmail.com by 15 September 2019.

The regular conference fee include:
- participation in all the events of the conference
- program and conference proceedings
- attendee's pack
- informational support during the preparations and the conference itself
- welcome-party
- social programme
- conference dinner
- refreshments
Delegate's package
For all of our participants we would recommend to buy the delegate's package instead. The delegate's package should be paid till 30 August 2019 and includes: Delegate’s package fee will be calculated individually based on the participant category, duration of stay and chosen room category in the Minsk Marriott Hotel. |
