PAYMENT OF FEES
Before making the payment for the conference using any of the below methods, please register online and select your conference fee. All payments must be made in Euro, US Dollar or Russian Ruble (foreign participants) or Belarusian Ruble (local participants) before the registration deadlines mentioned above. After that time, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled. All remittance advices should be sent to eurodisplay2019@gmail.com by 15 September 2019. Confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction has been successfully processed. The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of conference fees. Therefore, the participant has to cover the transfer fee at his/her own cost. Please, check the exchange rate and bank transfer fee with your bank office.
Acceptable payment options:
1. Online payment system by credit and/or debit card.
2. Bank transfer.
Other payment methods (i.e. cheques or onsite payment) will not be available. Please state your full name and the event name ‘EuroDisplay 2019’ when making payment.

Online payment procedure with a credit or debit card
Payment for your conference fee can be made using payment systems:
Please find below a step-by-step guide on how to make an online payment by a VISA, MasterCard or BELKART card via the Assist Belarus system.
1. Having completed your booking, you may proceed to your payment using the Internet in a real-time mode.
2. Bank cards of the following international systems are accepted for payment: VISA (all types), MasterCard (including Maestro) emitted by any bank (including by the JSC JSSB ‘Belarusbank’), as well as cards of the Belarusian BELKART system.
More about online payment using BELKART cards
When choosing a credit/debit card as your payment method, your payment (including your card number) will be processed by the ASSIST Electronic Payment Company by means of the software-hardware complex of the ASSIST Belarus E-Payment System, which has passed international certification.
A secured TLS protocol provides the security of payments during the transfer of a client’s confidential information to the server as well as at further processing steps by the processing center. Thus, the payer’s confidential data (such as card data, registration data, etc.) will not be disclosed to the online store. Your confidential data is processed securely, and no one can obtain the client’s personal or bank data. Besides, a 3D-Secure technology is used for all card payments, as this is required by the VISA and MasterCard international payment systems.
Steps to pay online:
1. Choose online payment by a bank card as your payment method.
2. Having chosen the Participant category and clicked the ‘Online payment’ button, you will be redirected to belassist.by, which is the website of the secured e-payment service provider. The authentication server connects with the client through the secured TLS protocol and asks the client to provide the following card information: card holder name, email, the card number, expiry date as it appears on your card, CVC2 or CVV2 code (a three-digit security code printed on the backside of the card). The online payment with a bank card is completely confidential and safe.
VISA, MasterCard and BELKART cards of all banks are accepted for payment. We recommend that you contact your bank in advance to make sure your card can be used for online payments.
Reasons for failure to authorize:
- No sufficient funds on your card to make the payment;
- Online payment with your card is prohibited by your bank;
- Time limit set for entering your card data has expired;
- You have forgoten to confirm your data on the payment page, or you have used a wrong data format, etc.
Depending on the failure reason, we would advise you:
- To contact you bank and ask for clarification on the issue;
- If your bank fails to solve the problem, try to make your payment using another bank card.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to eurodisplay2019@gmail.com. If the written notification of cancellation is received before 1 September 2019, 50 % of the paid conference fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date as well as in the case of no show at the conference. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
